Conference Rates
Conference registration fees include:
- Access to all conference sessions
- Conference materials
- Access to the Cityworks doctor’s office
- Lunches
- Beverages during breaks
- Vendor Social and User Appreciation Dinner
Early-bird rate (before March 1): $400.00
Standard rate (after March 1): $450.00
Pre-Conference Training (Optional)

Guest passes (includes access to all meals & socials for a guest of a conference attendee)
Adult guest pass (ages 16 & up): $85.00
Child guest pass (ages 3-15): $45.00
Ages 2 & under: no cost
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for conference fees received prior to May 1, 2010 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2010 . Substitutions may be made at any time. Contact us directly if you wish to arrange a cancellation/substitution.
Payment Options
Credit cards - All major credit cards are accepted for payment and processed instantly when registering online.
Checks / P.O. Numbers - You may register with a P.O. number to pay by check. Please be aware that a $15 processing fee will be added to your conference fee when registering with a P.O. number for administrative processing purposes.
