Getting to Snowbird
Snowbird is the most accessible world-renowned four season mountain resort in North America: only 29 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport, with over 600 daily non-stop flights from most major U.S. cities.

Arrange your airport transfers through the toll-free Snowbird Central Reservations line at 800-232-9542. Pre-paid 40-minute direct shuttles are inexpensive and leave the airport within minutes of each guest’s arrival. Rental cars, taxis, and charter buses are also available.

What to Pack
Conference attire is business casual. Meeting spaces can be cool so you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater to wear during the day. Bring a jacket to wear outdoors and at our evening dinner socials (held outside) which may get chilly as average temperatures at Snowbird in June range from highs of 75 degrees to lows of 45 degrees. Bring along some shoes appropriate for hiking as you may want to take a walk on Snowbird’s easily accessible hiking trails. We will be taking rides on the Snowbird tram, which will take you high in the mountains (make sure to bring a jacket), and you may prefer to have outdoor shoes for this activity. Also, conference hotel room fees include access to the Cliff Spa and Pool, so you may want to bring along swimming and/or fitness attire to utilize these facilities.
