Pre-Conference Activities
A variety of pre-conference activities will be offered prior to this year's conference on Sunday, June 15, for your enjoyment. See activity descriptions below. Sign up for the activity of your choice at registration check out.

Mountain Hike/Scenic Walk
Participate in this enjoyable leisure hike/walk with Azteca Systems' President Brian Haslam in the mountain areas surrounding Snowbird. All levels of hikers are welcome as well as family members of conference attendees.

Mountain Bike Ride
Join Azteca Software Developer Ryan Miller in a bike ride through the mountain areas surrounding Snowbird. This activity is for experienced bike riders only.

  • Bike rental information: Bike rentals are available through the Snowbird Activities Center. Call the Activities Center for bike rental pricing information and to make bike rental reservations: 801-933-2147.

Mormon Tabernacle Choir Concert and Tour of the Historic Temple Square
Experience the rich culture of Salt Lake City joining Azteca staff members in this activity which will include attending the Mormon Tabernacle Choir’s “Music and the Spoken Word” weekly concert, a walk around the Historic Temple Square grounds and gardens, and a tour of the LDS Conference Center. When tours are complete, group will take the free UTA Trax two blocks west to the Gateway shopping center where there are a number of restaurant choices to choose from for lunch.

Details: Meet at Snowbird in the Cliff Lodge lobby at 8:00am. A shuttle will transport the group to Salt Lake City to arrive at the Tabernacle for the concert. Shuttle will pick group up at the Gateway shopping center and return to Snowbird following lunch and the end of the activity. Golf Tournament – $80.00
Join Azteca staff members in our annual pre-conference golf tournament. All levels of golfers are welcome. Sign up soon, space is limited!

  • 12:00 pm tee time
Details: Golf tournament will be held at the Willow Creek Country Club golf course. For more information on the course, visit: www.willowcreekcc.com. Bring your own golf equipment or rent from Willow Creek’s golf pro shop. Call the shop for information on rentals.
